Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign Up" button in the header, fill in your information, and verify your email address.
How do I create a listing?
After logging in, click "Create Listing" in the navigation menu and fill out the listing form with your product or service details.
What information do I need to provide?
You'll need to provide a title, description, price, category, and at least one image for your listing.
Buying
How do I purchase an item?
Browse listings, click on an item you're interested in, and use the "Contact Seller" or purchase button to proceed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods through our payment processor.
What if I have an issue with my purchase?
Contact the seller directly first. If you cannot resolve the issue, use our dispute resolution system through your dashboard.
Selling
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed securely through our platform. Funds are typically available in your account within 3-5 business days after a successful transaction.
Are there any fees?
We charge a small transaction fee on completed sales. The exact percentage is displayed when you create your listing.
How do I manage my listings?
Go to your Dashboard and click on "My Listings" to view, edit, or delete your listings.
